Creations in the dark…..

On Monday night I did something that I’ve long wanted to do, I’ve turned the tables on the normal wedding photos I’ve taken and tonight I pushed the limits of my own knowledge and stretched myself to go out in the total darkness and illuminate a bride and groom to see how far I could go. I tried to shoot every image with only the tools I would have at a normal day wedding and I’m confident I’ve done the night justice, we even stopped traffic in the main street of Caloundra. So to all the Brides and Grooms out there who want something unique on their wedding day, call me and we can step out into the dark and create something that will take your breath away.

Welcome to Carleigh & Ben’s wedding. Ive had this wedding on my books for over 18 months and i found out that its been 2 rings and 6 years in the making. In saying that this wedding had it all, boys in cartoon boxers, little kiddies offering up one off kisses, girls grabbing bums, a beautiful location, love , laughter and tears. I hope these images portray the day that it was for Carleigh & Ben with all the emotions they felt. Thank you for letting me share in your lives.

Poor Richelle must have been so worried, it rained for the whole week leading up to her wedding on the 14 April but then just befor lunchtime the sun came out to play.

Richelle had one on those huge smiles all day that just made all of us smile and it was great fun to photographer her and Cameron. The light faded on us pretty fast at the beach so the old flash came out to see what we could do in the dark, then it was back to Mountain Creek for the Reception.

Thank you Richelle and Cameron for a fun day and i hope you love your images.

 This wedding was such an honour and such fun to do, the 5th wedding ive shot with the Mc Gregor family and every one is a little more exciting than the last. The day was perfect, great weather, great friends & family and an even greater love between Gordie, Chelsea and their little boy Hamish who stars in alot of images.
